• Small Projects (under 10,000 SF): $1,250 – $2,500 
• Medium Projects (10,000–50,000 SF): $2,500 – $6,000

Purpose:
Hands-on assistance during design development to guide engineers and architects toward practical, buildable, and efficient systems.

Includes:

• MEP coordination and constructability input 
• Material and equipment selection consulting 
• Budget forecasting and schedule planning 
• Collaboration with the design team and owner representatives 

Typical Fee:

• Flat-rate packages: $2,500 – $5,000 
• Hourly Consulting: $125/hr 
• Retainers available for multi-phase projects

Ensure that drawings meet code requirements and are ready for permit submission.

Includes:

• Review of stamped drawings for code and jurisdictional compliance 
• Comments and markups prior to submission 
• Coordination with local permitting authorities (AHJs)

• Medium Projects: $1,800 – $3,500

Creation or redline development of mechanical, plumbing, and general construction plans in collaboration with licensed professionals.

Typical Fee:

• Per Plan Sheet: $250 – $450 
• Full Plan Set (10–25 sheets): $2,500 – $7,500

Serve as a liaison between the design and construction teams, ensuring realistic budgets, timelines, and coordination through every phase.
